Malta Aviation - Approved Jurisdictions
The Aircraft Registration Act (Chap. 503) has been supplemented by L.N. 186 of 2011 entitled Aircraft Registration (Approved Jurisdictions) Regulations, 2011 wherein the definition of “approved jurisdiction” referred to in the Act is extended to include, apart from any Member State of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), the below list of countries:

The Minister responsible for Transport may approve any other jurisdiction by giving further notice for the purposes of the Aircraft Registration Act.
